Machine wash on a gentle cycle up to 60°C.
If using bleach, only use chlorine bleach in cold water and make sure it's fully dissolved.
For drying, a low heat setting on your tumble dryer will do, but air-drying is recommended for easier ironing later on.
If ironing is necessary, use a medium heat setting (up to 150°C) and iron on the reverse side.
